Kopi Gasik, a local gem nestled in Surakarta, Indonesia, dreamed up something truly special: a mobile coffee venture that would infuse the city streets with the spirit of street coffee culture. Born from a collective love for coffee and a desire to make a difference, Kopi Gasik is more than just a business; it's a family-owned coffee brand fueled by passion, sustainability, and community.
With its name translating to "early coffee," Kopi Gasik started humbly as a beloved coffee cart in our neighborhood, where they brewed up fresh cups of joy every morning. Rooted in the belief that coffee has the power to not only kickstart mornings but also transform lives, Kopi Gasik's philosophy is simple yet profound.
Concept
Drawing inspiration from the heart of Kopi Gasik, our illustration design was instrumental in telling the brand's tale. We drew from the lively street coffee scene, representing its mobility and the vibrant community it thrives in. Through our illustrations, we painted scenes of local landscapes and the bustling mobile street coffee culture of Surakarta.
In our dedication to sustainability, we made mindful choices for our packaging. Opting for eco-friendly and compostable rice paper bags for our coffee beans, we stand firm in our commitment to the environment. Furthermore, by supporting fair trade practices and investing in local coffee communities, we strive to minimize our environmental impact while maximizing positive social change.
